All my friends from college are having babies. I have a lot of feelings about this.

    ya, many of my friends are getting married. i have a lot of feelings about that. i guess it’s different, if your friends are just having babies. or is it?

    freaks me out either way.

    JUST having babies?? n/j, babies are at a way higher level of crazy than marriage. it’s like hangin’ out (not crazy!), cohabitation, marriage, divorce, Having a Real Job, BABIES. babies are the ulti-level of weird, w/ the bonus-ulti-level being Guys You’ve Dated Having Babies (dating guys who already have babies is somehow lower on the weird scale). yikes.

    just had a convo yesterday w/ a friend who was like, yeah, i’ve been taking care of crispy (actually his girlfriend’s nickname), & i asked, oh, is she sick? & he said no, she’s like, seven months pregnant? did i not tell you that? NO MAN YOU DID NOT MENTION MAKING A CHILD HELLO. i go into crazy-existential-crisis mode when people get pregnant; like, dude, you have AN EXTRA PERSON inside yr body. have you been made aware.
